Gur Inbar
Gur Inbar is a ceramic artist based in Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Ceramics and Glass Department in the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design (2015) and of the First Studio residency program by the Benyamini Center for ceramics (2016).
The vases Gur makes on the pottery wheel are used as surfaces for his hand-painted graphic work. Many references, taken both from the world of tribal archeological relics and the field of traditional crafts find their way into his designs. His use of color is free and generous and based upon intuition rather than planned. Each of the final pieces is made and painted by hand and thus unique.
Besides vases, Gur makes hand-painted tableware for two of chef Alain Ducasse's restaurants.
Since graduating Gur has participated in numerous art and design shows including the Fresh Paint Art Fair, in Tel Aviv.

גור ענבר
קרמיקאי, בן 30, הפועל בדרום תל אביב משנת 2015. לאחר סיום לימודיו התקבל לתכנית רזידנסי של ״בית בנימיני - מרכז לקרמיקה עכשוית״ ובמשך כשנה עבד בסטודיו הניתן לו במקום. לאחר מכן הקים את הסטודיו שלו בקרית המלאכה.
עבודותיו נעות על קו התפר הדק שבין עיצוב, אוּמנות ואוֹמנות. הן ברובן נוצרות על גלגל האבניים, ובהמשך עוברות תהליך מסור, ארוך ואינטנסיבי (וגחמתי ברובו) של ציור וטיפול בפני השטח שלהן. כל עבודה היא ייחודית ושונה.
בעבודות נכרות השפעות רבות מעולם האוּמנות - מהדהדהים בהן איזכורים למיומנויות צביעת טקסטיל שונות, כמו גם מופעים ומרקמים המזכירים ריקוע, סיתות ואריגה. לעתים, הקשרים אלה עוברים גלגולים רבים עד לאופן הביטוי הסופי שלהם. הצבעוניות בעבודות היא עזה, קיצונית וחריגה בנוף הקרמי.
